The Process

Project Scheduling

Projected Plan is tracked in three different formats – Bar Graph Calendar Schedule – Detailed Activity List – Budget/Actual Cost Tracking

Construction Begins/Selection Process

- Selection of the finishes begins now – we will assist in a systematic order – Sequence of construction activities – Breaking Ground, Foundation Work, Framing, Roofing, Mechanicals, Interior Millwork, Finishing Work, Inspections Final Close Out

Your Involvement Throughout

- In Walk-through meetings at the home site during different phases of construction – In making timely selections for your home – In communicating with the builder on changes involving the home

 

What Happens When You Need A Change Order?

  • We will provide a written description of your desired change and cost to adjust
  • You modify and/or approve
  • We incorporate those changes

Warranty Work

  • A walk-thorough scheduled at the end of the job
  • A follow visit to your home for punch items
  • Correcting deficiencies as appropriate
  • We guarantee our work for one year

AIA Draw Request

  • Monthly billing based upon work complete
  • Billing details are provided
  • Refer to exhibits in Builders Contracts
