Hampton Ponds is located in an established residential area within 2 miles of downtown Sanford. These elegant single-story brick homes are within a master tract of 20.67 acres, keeping the density less than two homes per acre. Nestled within gently rolling hills and two lovely ponds is a village of fine homes designed in the Charlestonian manner. Quality construction, an opportunity for maintenance free gracious living and privacy – these were the guidelines of the planners and builder. Hampton Ponds was developed by TL Stewart Builders Inc.

Carters Grove is an eight-lot neighborhood, with each lot averaging around 3 acres, and located off Wilkins Drive. The homes built in this neighborhood generally are over 4000 square feet of heated space and heavily landscaped. Carters Grove was developed by TL Stewart Builders Inc.

Brighton Park located on Cool Springs road and just north of Spring Lane was developed after Carter Grove. Understanding Sanford’s need for another neighborhood providing larger lots with architectural controls Brighton Park came about in 1991.
